We are now looking for a kitchen assistant for our wok kitchen who has experience and interest in Asian cooking. The position is suitable for you who understand the wok food concept and can work structured in a fast-paced environment. You should have good knowledge of different types of sauces and marinating meat, and be able to prepare ingredients according to our recipes and quality requirements. An important part of the job is to take responsibility for the back kitchen, where order, hygiene, and efficient workflow are crucial. You should be able to collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff and follow routines for food safety and cleanliness. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and flexible person who can contribute to a positive work environment and maintain a consistent and high quality in the kitchen. Experience in the restaurant industry is a requirement.
